OVERVIEW OF THE BINSTNDT CPD SCHEME DEVELOPED BY THE MQ-AND-E COMMITTEE

The Council of the British Institute of NDT believes that members have a professional obligation to maintain a high level of competence and knowledge in the field of NDT. The Council has instigated through the Membership, Qualification and Education Committee (MQ&E), a scheme tha t can be used to assist the continuing professional development of its members. This article describes the proposed scheme. The MQ&E Committ ee would welcome readers' views on the approach used to develop and mo nitor professional development.
