LIQUID-CHROMATOGRAPHIC SEPARATION OF CHIRAL TRIAZOLOPHTHALAZINES

Investigations of the synthesis of N,N-linked heterobicyclic compounds , synthesized with cyclic hydrazine derivatives, have been the focus o f the authors' research for some time. Using carbonyl compounds, the s ynthesis of chiral triazolophthalazines and thiadiazolophthalazines wa s recently achieved. The chromatographic investigation of these newly synthesized triazolophthalazines was of great interest. Different resu lts were obtained with different chiral stationary phases. The influen ce of temperature and mobile phase composition was investigated.
