The neutron-rich isotopes Ti-54-57 and Cr-58-60 are produced by fragme
ntation of a 64.5 MeV/nucleon Cu-65(26+) beam in a 90 mg/cm(2) Be-9 ta
rget. Following particle identification by energy loss and time of fli
ght, the radioactive decay was observed by beta singles and beta gamma
-coincidence measurements. The results obtained for Cr-58-60 are compa
red to previous results, whereas the decay of the Ti-54-57 isotopes is
studied here. gamma-ray intensities and energies are estimated. The n
ew experimental results an compared to quasi-random-phase-approximatio
n predictions.
