Collisions between Ti-48 + Nb-93 at 19.1 MeV/nucleon were studied usin
g two 4 pi detection systems. A reconstruction procedure was developed
to determine the mass, kinetic, and excitation energies of the primar
y projectile and targetlike fragments. The results show a broad range
of mechanisms. These results were compared with predictions of the qua
ntum-molecular dynamics model.
