Abstract
We prepared the YBa2Cu3Oy films onto the SrTiO3(001) substrates in an off-axis RF magnetron sputtering system. The powder X-ray diffraction showed that the films were c-axis epitaxially oriented. Measurements o f both the longitudinal resistivities and the Hall resistivities for t he YBa2Cu3Oy films as a function of temperature for various J and B ar e shown. We found that, for the same Lorentz force J x B with differen t J and B, neither rho(xx)-T nor rho xy-T curves would follow the same trace in the mixed state. How the transport current density affecting the longitudinal and Hall resistivities behavior was investigated in this work.
