Abstract
The study the effect of liquid loading on surface acoustic waves propa gating on the (11O) face of cubic crystals. a semi-infinite nonviscous liquid in contact with solid substrate induces new branches of Raylei gh and pseudo-surface waves which are not supported on the free surfac e. The group velocities are calculated and compared with ultrasound im ages obtained experimentally.
