Abstract
The precursor N-(diphenylmethylene) glycinyl camphor sultam has been s pecifically labelled by nitrogen-15 or carbon-13 starting from either NH4Cl, (K2CO3)-C-13 or (CH3NH2)-C-13 or labelled glycine. Akylation of these different labelled precursors by corresponding electrophiles yi elded the following labelled amino acids: Leu, Phe, Ala, Val, Ser, Asn , Gin, Asp, Trp and Cys.
