Abstract
Total Quality Management (TQM) is being introduced in many injection m oulding companies. Poke-Yoke is a relatively recent TQM method which o ffers many different and effective possibilities for implementation in injection moulding. The aim is systematic minimization of fault poten tial in routine plant operation.
