Abstract
Incoming goods testing is a key element in corporate quality philosoph
y and crucially important to the implementation of a quality managemen
t system. Taking the example of the Wilden Group, the effect of incomi
ng goods testing on the quality of processes and products and on the p
rofitability of the company is shown.
