Abstract
A series of lipophilic bis-arylsulfonates was synthesized and evaluate d as potential inhibitors of the CD4-gp120 interaction. Structure-acti vity studies suggested a direct relationship between the nature and ex tent of lipophilicity and inhibitory potency. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsev ier Science Ltd
