The nature of functional groups of fibrous complexing sorbent, PAN-AGU
, prepared from graft polyacrylonitrile-poly(glycidyl methacrylate) co
polymer modified with aminoguanidine, was studied as well as acid-base
properties of this sorbent in aqueous-salt solutions. The constants o
f its acid-base equilibria were determined. The dependences of these c
onstants on the ionic composition of the sorbent and on the ionic stre
ngth of the solution were determined.
