Abstract
Based on semiclassical calculations the dependencies for singly-ionize d aluminium enabling one to estimate the unknown values of the Stark l ine widths and shifts with an accuracy no less than 10-30% are obtaine d. Literature experimental data are analysed based on the AlII line wi dths and shifts calculated according to these dependencies. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
