Abstract
Experimental investigations of special materials with polarizable nucl ei in the range h nu(s) > kT are analyzed. Physical models which descr ibe the manifestations of the nonlinear dynamics of the electronic and nuclear spin systems of a substance, such as the shift in the ESR fre quency and the decay of nuclear polarization, are proposed.
