Abstract
A patient with a metastasizing malignant melanoma (stage III) was trea ted with Ukrain monotherapy. Before and during the first Ukrain course of treatment the patient excreted melanin in the urine. After the thi rd course melanin was no more detectable and the patient has been with out any symptoms of disease for the last 12 years.
