Abstract
Two new securinega-type alkaloids, isobubbialine and epibubbialine, we re isolated from the leaves of Phyllanthus amarus, as well as the thre e known alkaloids, phyllanthine, securinine and norsecurinine. The str uctures of the unknown compounds were determined by means of UV, IR, m ass and NMR spectroscopy. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
