A review of the English literature revealed 43 cases of histologically
proven intrascrotal sarcoidosis, Due to this relative rarity, the dif
ficulty in diagnosis and concern of possible testicular malignancy, 35
% of these patients have undergone unnecessary orchiectomy. We present
3 cases of intrascrotal sarcoidosis and propose a testicular-sparing
strategy for the appropriate diagnosis and treatment of intrascrotal s
arcoidosis.
