Abstract
1,1-dimethylallene inserts into the sigma Pd-C bond of a series of cyc lopalladated pyridine derivatives leading to stable or unstable eta(3) -allyl-Pd complexes. The demetallation of the latter leads to pyridini um derivatives with good yields. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science L td
