HPLC INVESTIGATIONS OF CHIRAL TRIAZOLOPHT HALAZINES

We received new chiral triazolophthalazines by synthesis of thiocarbam oyl-tetrahydrophthalazines with carbonyl-compounds. We investigated a number of [1,2,4]triazolo[1,2-b]phthalazines by HPLC on different chir al stationary phases (CSP), especially the cellulose phases Chiralcel( R) OD and Chiralcel(R) OB and the Pirkle-phase (S,S)-Whelk-01(R). We i nform about the possibilities to influence the chromatographic behavio ur, especially by variation of the mobile phase. The change of elution order of the enantiomers in consequence of different separation mecha nisms is discussed.
