K. Conder et C. Kruger, LOW-TEMPERATURE (LESS-THAN-325-DEGREES-C) CHEMICAL DIFFUSION OF OXYGEN IN THE ORTHORHOMBIC YBA2CU3O6+X, Physica. C, Superconductivity, 269(1-2), 1996, pp. 92-98
Chemical diffusion was directly measured in the process of the oxidati
on of oxygen deficient YBa2Cu3O6+x powder samples. A ''moving boundary
'' model of the oxidation was assumed for the characterisation of the
chemical diffusion of oxygen. The rate of the boundary movement at con
stant oxidation temperature has been found to be constant with time.
