Abstract
We have developed the PC-NTSC Scan Converter System LSI that can handl e several personal computer video signal formats. This LSI adopts newl y developed ''multimedia image conversion technology.'' This technolog y allows a wide range of personal computer video signals to be convert ed to NTSC with no image quality degradation.
