Abstract
A complete analysis for determining the trapping level parameters like detrapping time (Z(d)), trap depth (E(t)), capture cross-section (S-t ), trap density (N-t) and trapping time (Z(t)) from the isothermal cur rent-time characteristics for any nuclear radiation detector, is prese nted.
