Abstract
The ''accomplishment record'' method represents a semi-quantitative as sessment based on self-reported descriptions of accomplishments in hig hly relevant, behavioral dimensions of risk management and control. It can be used by managers and by enforcement agencies in conjunction wi th regulatory regimes aimed at mobilizing and challenging the initiati ve of the industry.
