Abstract
We describe a case of non-pyothorax-associated primary pleural lymphom a with bone marrow and central nervous system involvement, and complex karyotypic abnormalities involving nullisomy chromosome 17 and multip le breakpoints that are commonly associated with acute leukemia and my eloproliferative diseases.
