Abstract
Andrew Shephard took part as one of the judges for the Quality Develop ment Award, which recognises successful projects in non-clinical care. He is a member of the British Quality Foundation Executive Committee and a senior assessor for the UK Quality Award. As company quality man ager for Birds Eye Wall's he has company-wide responsibility for the d evelopment and introduction of improvement approaches leading to 'Busi ness Excellence'.
