Abstract
An analysis of measured solar radiation in Gebze (lat. 40 degrees 46'N , long. 20 degrees 26', 182 m above sea level) is presented in the for m of hourly-average, monthly-average daily and percentage frequency di stribution. The experimental data corresponds to the period from Jan. 1984 to Dec. 1992. Applying measured data, correlation models for calc ulating the hourly and monthly diffuse radiations are derived.
