Abstract
We consider equations and discret time dynamical systems with disconti nuous nonlinear operators. The aim is to find solutions of equations a nd steady stales of dynamical systems, which possess some additional i mportant properties. Some applications are indicated. For some particu lar problems such an investigation was started by A. Pokrovskii and th e first author in 1973-78. General results below have been obtained by the authors in 1993-95.
