Abstract
Boundary value problems where the spectral parameter appear in the bou ndary conditions as well as in the differential equation arise in vari ous problems of mechanics and mathematical physics. Some examples will be given below. Our aim is to associate with general boundary problem s of such a type linear operators acting in special spaces. This is th e most principal part of the note. We also study the spectral properti es of the system of eigen- and associated functions of the linearizati ons.
