Abstract
The purpose of this article is to describe one agency's implementation of problem solving consultation. Case examples are used to illustrate various components within problem solving consultation, Efforts to ev aluate perceptions of problem solving consultation, and to guide furth er implementation of consultation at the systems level, are summarized . Areas in which additional resources would enhance problem solving co nsultation are discussed. The article describes shifts in the philosop hy of service delivery that are fundamental for successful implementat ion of problem solving consultation.
