Abstract
The crystal structure of Nd2Fe14B has been analysed at 20 and 290 K by using the four-circle X-ray diffraction technique. The room temperatu re tetragonal structure (space group P4(2)/mnm) has been accurately de termined. At low temperature, the monoclinic distortion (space group C m) proposed from a recent neutron diffraction experiment has been full y confirmed.
