Abstract
A patient who had suffered from ulnar wrist pain for 3 years was diagn osed arthroscopically as having triquetrohamate impaction syndrome. Im provement of symptoms was obtained by arthroscopic treatment. This syn drome and the use of midcarpal arthroscopy are discussed.
