OVARIAN STIMULATION

In 1995, there was an increased use of GnRH analogs in IVF French prog rams, there was too an increase in the use of FSH (alone or combined w ith hMG). In general population, the best results are always obtained by the use of GnRH analogs in long protocols, pure FSH significantly i ncrease the pregnancy rates. In a selectionned population (less than 3 5 years old, 1rst IVF attempt and sperm and ovulation normal), pregnan cy rate remains the best in long protocols, and pure FSH always improv es the results (signicantly in short protocols).
