Iv. Grekhov et al., HIGH-FREQUENCY HARMONIC-OSCILLATOR BASED ON REVERSE-SWITCHED DYNISTORS, Instruments and experimental techniques, 39(4), 1996, pp. 527-529
A scheme of a high-frequency harmonic oscillator is described, which i
s based on reverse-switched dynistors, representing a new type of semi
conductor switching devices with low commutation energy losses. The ma
ximum output power of the oscillator is 50 kW, the working frequency i
s 22 kHz, and the efficiency is about 80%. The device is intended for
use in induction heating systems.
