Abstract
This paper discusses ongoing work at North Carolina A&T State Universi ty (NCA&T) as a member of the Product Realization Consortium,. The mis sion of this Consortium is to launch a systematic reform of undergradu ate manufacturing engineering education and faculty culture in the Uni ted States.
