Abstract
The authors present a V-band coplanar, varactor tunable HEMT oscillato r, which can be injection locked. The phase noise of the locked oscill ator is -75dBc/Hz at 100kHz offset. The oscillator has a large tuning range of 6GHz (centre frequency 59GHz) and an output power of 5.2dBm.
