Abstract
New types of ''abbreviated'' NAD(+) analogues with anionic phosphonate function as a part of the link between the adenine and nicotinamide m oieties were prepared by multistep syntheses using the Zincke reaction as the last step, The structures of the compounds were derived from t he biologically active acyclic nucleotide analogues.
