Abstract
A new method for the synthesis of 2,2'-anhydro-5-alkyl/aryl-3-glycosyl uracils with various configuration of the sugar moiety was developed w hich consists in the reaction of silylated sugar aminooxazolines with 2-alkyl/aryl-2,3-dibromopropionyl chlorides.
