Abstract
A new method for the synthesis of N-dimethoxytritylated aminoalkyl H-p hosphonate monoesters is described. It consists of transesterification of diphenyl H-phosphonate with an amino alcohol, hydrolysis of the pr oduced di(aminoalkyl) H-phosphonate diester to the corresponding monoe ster, followed by its tritylation, and silica gel purification of the final product.
