Abstract
The management of children with cerebral palsy involves the treatment of musculoskeletal abnormalities that are the result of central nervou s system damage. Resultant disorders of tone lead to skeletal and musc ular deviations that interfere with function. This article reviews the problems most frequently encountered in this population and the curre nt management approaches available.
