Abstract
In this case report, we describe a successful percutaneous translumina l coronary angioplasty of an abnormally originating left anterior desc ending artery from the right sinus of Valsalva. We discuss about the d ecision malting in this rare and challenging case, since there is more than one opinion as to which is the appropriate treatment in this gro up of patients.
