Abstract
The authors explore the definitions and essential functions of three a cts with significant implications in the library setting. In particula r, they concentrate on the interaction between provisions of the ADA, the PDA, and the FMLA and describe the challenge this poses for librar y managers in determining application of the acts to their employees.
