F. Dejong et K. Nakayama, THE INFLUENCE OF NEGATIVE-ENERGY STATES ON PROTON-PROTON BREMSSTRAHLUNG, Physics letters. Section B, 385(1-4), 1996, pp. 33-38
We investigate the effect of negative-energy states on proton-proton b
remsstrahlung using a manifestly covariant amplitude based on a T-matr
ix constructed in a spectator model. We show that there is a large can
cellation among the zeroth-order, single- and double-scattering diagra
ms involving negative-energy nucleonic currents. We thus conclude that
it is essential to include all these diagrams when studying effects o
f negative-energy states.
