Abstract
For dynamic fluorescence measurements, two different approaches are te sted: a classical photon counting approach, and an analogical approach . After a description of the apparatus, on analysis of delay turves im plying a neu, parametrization of the fluorescence decoy is described. It provider a useful way to determine the simplest model which must be retained to account for a fluorescence delay turves in terms of numbe r of defined exponential decays. Very easy to use, this MSF is a usefu l apparatus to account for the steady-state and dynamic fluorescence o f microscopic samples.
