Abstract
By applying the functional Schrodinger picture theory, we derive the g round state energy of the antiferromagnetic state of the two-dimension al square lattice, based on the t-J Hamiltonian in slave-boson represe ntation. The present theoretical approach is found to have the merits of simplicity and convenience for the derivation of the mean field sol ution of strongly correlated systems.
