In a magnetic ordering state of Sd-magnets the mode of collective orbi
tal excitations is predicted. The frequency of this mode is proportion
al to the value of ''unfrozen'' orbital moment due to a weak spin-orbi
t interaction. The manifestation of orbital excitations in a magnetic
susceptibility and gyrotropic birefringence is analysed. In uniaxial 3
d-ferroelectromagnets orbital moment takes off a generation in an opti
cal phonon spectrum and induces the precession of electric dipole mome
nt.
