Abstract
The magnetoresistivity up to 12 T of YBa2Cu3O7-delta has been measured
with B//I//c from T-c + 3 K to T-c + 40 K. A change of sign was obser
ved, from positive near T-c to negative at temperatures above approxim
ately T-c + 10 K. This previously not reported change of sign can be e
xplained by recent fluctuation theories that include fluctuations in t
he normal density of states (DOS).
