M. Reiffers et al., STUDY OF THE ELECTRON-QUASI-PARTICLE INTERACTION IN NDCU BY POINT-CONTACT SPECTROSCOPY, Czechoslovak journal of Physics, 46, 1996, pp. 2097-2098
We have studied the electron-quasiparticle interaction in low symmetry
rare-earth intermetallic compound NdCu with an antiferromagnetic orde
ring at T-N = 10 K by the point-contact (PC) spectroscopy. We have per
formed the study of NdCu-Cu heterocontacts in the near ballistic regim
e above and below T-N. We have observed crystalline-electric-field (CE
F) transition peak at similar to 3 meV. Below T-N this structure becom
es complicated due to the exchange interaction and crystallographic or
ientation of PC. The structure above 6 meV is connected with phonons.
