Abstract
A new dephasing mechanism for the ensemble of two-level-systems (TLS) in glasses induced by the 1/R(3) interaction between TLS is studied. T his mechanism is shown to result in the linear temperature dependence for the dephasing rate. A qualitative agreement with the experimental data at ultra low temperatures T < 100mK is found.
