Ma. Baran et al., PRESSURE EFFECT ON SUPERCONDUCTING PROPERTIES OF REBA1.5SR0.5CU3O6+X CERAMICS, Czechoslovak journal of Physics, 46, 1996, pp. 1193-1194
The influence of pressure (up to 1 GPa) on the superconducting propert
ies of ReBa1.5Sr0.5Cu3O6+x (Re = Y,Gd) ceramics has been studied in th
e interval of T = 4-100 K. The pressure effect depends strongly on the
oxygen contents. The dT(c)/dP = 20K/GPs (for Re = Y, x = 0.56) is the
highest value for HTSC of 123 type. Under a prolonged action of press
ure at room temperature the relaxation of T-c as well as hysteretic ph
enomena with pressure have been observed. The relaxation times of T-c
under pressure are determined. These effects are interpreted as being
due to the oxygen ordering in CuO chains.
