Abstract
AC Josephson effect and frequency conversion processes have been inves tigated in the different high-T-c, junctions in the millimeter wave ba nd. Intrinsic radiation up to 140 GHz was directly detected. A down-co nversion mode with internal local oscillator was realized in high-T-c, Josephson junction for the first time.
