Abstract
A model of vortex trapping and relaxation in particles with size D < l ambda (lambda is the magnetic field penetration depth) distinguished f rom critical state model by accounting size-dependent relasation rate, threshold field and current is considered. Experimentally observed st rong suppression of remanent magnetization in submicron YBCO particles is in accordance with this model.
